Q: Can I claim Patient Travel Subsidy Scheme (PTSS) through your Motel?

A: Yes, if approved forms have been received, we can follow up the payment directly with the hospitals & all you will need to pay is the difference.

Q: What is the earliest I can Check-in?

A: Standard check-in time is 1.00pm, if you require it to be earlier please advise at booking

Q: Can I arrive late?

A: Yes, please give us a call if you want to arrive after 8.00pm

Q: Do you have car parking?

A: Yes, we have off street parking for all our guests.

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?

A: Yes, all rooms at Chermside Motor Inn are non-smoking, however we also have allocated smoking areas if required.

Q: Do you have room service?

A: We can supply breakfasts which are delivered directly to your door.

Q: Do you have Wi-Fi internet in guest rooms?

A: Yes, a free Wi-Fi network is available to all guests. Please talk to reception for log on details.

Q: Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

A: Yes, we have a garden BBQ area.

Q: How close are you to the shops?

A: 2 minutes by car to Westfield Shopping Centre with 300 shops including Big W, Target & Kmart, PLUS Woolworths, Coles, and an Event Cinemas 24 Cinema Complex. An ALDI store is also 50 meters from the motel.

Q: How close are you to restaurants?

A: We are within 50 meters of a number of restaurants and fast food outlets including: The Fish Shop, Nando's, Eagle Boys Pizza, New Chung Shan, Bombay Bliss, Thai Ayuthaya and BWS. McDonalds, Subway, Hungry Jacks & KFC are only 5 minutes’ drive from the motel.

Q: Do you have Foxtel?

A: Yes, we have Sport, movie and documentary channels.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?

A: If you need to cancel your reservation, all we ask is that you notify us with more than 24 hours’ notice prior to your arrival date. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, there may be a cancellation fee applied to your Credit/Debit card supplied at booking the accommodation.

Q: How do I guarantee my booking?

A: Credit card details are required to secure room or other arrangements can be made by contacting us.

Q: Do you have a swimming pool?

A: Yes a salt water pool is available to all our guests (renovations to commence 24/03/2014)

Q: Do you have a microwave and toaster in the rooms?

A: We have 3 Kitchenette rooms that have these in the room. All other rooms do have them as well. We also have a Communal Kitchen accessible to all guests free of charge.

Q: Do you have laundry?

A: Yes, we have a washer and dryer available for all guests. We supply the Laundry Detergent free of charge.

Q: Where is the closest Train Station?

A: Nundah Railway Station is only 3.8km away from the motel.

Q: Can I get to Suncorp Stadium from your motel?

A: Most tickets for entertainment at Suncorp Stadium allow for free travel on the Brisbane City Bus Service. Chermside Bus Depot is only 5 minutes’ walk from the Motel which takes you direct to the Stadium.
